Is the "all or nothing" thinking normal and healthy?
I think in all or nothing mind. Especially when it comes to guys. If decide to spend time or talk to me from time to time they are not all my friends and they are ashamed of me. Or if they do often, and refuse to write on my wall or accept gifts virtual (but they accept from everyone) so they are not my friend, they are ashamed of me. Is this normal and healthy? How to get over this?
This type of reasoning is incredibly unhealthy. Read the book "Learned Optimism" by Martin E. Seligman. It teaches you how people feel optimistic. Your kind of thinking can lead to anxiety, depression, guilt, regret, etc. I used to think like that for the longer weather! My life was hell because I made it hell. Now I try to think more positively. Good luck!
