Is it possible for a vacuum modular TH350 not change the speed third?

It was my experience in dealing with the TH350, the modulator can indeed cause problems of displacement. My suggestion to change the modulator, and the fluid and filter. If the problem persists, make sure the connection is moving properly adjusted and not deformed
