I just replace the filter in my tank cycling and just cut a piece of old media off and put it in the news?
I have replaced the filter in my tank cycling and just cut a piece of old media off and put it in the new filter. I cut part of the plastic frame Meshy and folded and placed in the rest of the filter media. He had a lot of gray slime in it. This will help keep my tank to have again cycle? TopFin my filter broke so I bought an AquaClear. I did not like my TopFin filter anyways because I could not adjust the flow so my betta HM was rushed.
It will just not touch anything else.
