It sounds like a good amp for the sub. the only thing I would say, is to remain a means of 4 amps chanon unless you run 4 speakers off of it and your reallly does not want to run 4 subs off the amp, get another amp to power the subs and use the amp-you list on your 5.25 "and 6" x9 "and what kind of 6x9s are 350w rms
