Help with "Still In The Dark" Fallout: New Vegas (Spoilers)?

Hey guys, I'm at the part where I need fix their system air filtration (yawn). So I found several cartridge HEPA filters, a reverse pulse cleaner, and a differential pressure controller. All these elements are located in vaults under the quest info. So my question is, where is the easiest vault to find these items? I do not search all vaults if items are not even in them ... The three arches are marked on my map Vault 11, Vault 22 and Vault 3 (I'm assuming because I saw this number googling this problem.) Thanks for the help in advance!

You have to visit all three arches to get the parts. It's not just one you can get all. Another option of not having to all is to overturn everything Elder McNamara to be seniors. There's a guy in the Bunker L2 it wants power. If you help get rid of McNamara, you will not do anything stupid with the filtration system or any other things, he asks.
