Beam Central
Regarding my question - strength calculation of the beam - more information here. The study area
is 715 square feet. the 2x10 used to construct the beam is not continuous. The floor joists are 2x10. My total load is 25,977 dead. The bundle is potted in 8 block wall "Also isn't central beam - 13. 'From the front and 12" rear walls, the roof load is not taken into account. that rests on the crest of the gables and there is no support to the 2nd floor ceiling. Whatever the treatment used, it can be installed from outside and fed by the opposite wall. The stairwell to the basement (as well as to the 2nd floor) is located against an outside wall. This means that nearly 3-1/2 feet of the beam is not seeing much of the load. I would like to add some details - I used improper factors to calculate the burden of living. Need help reaching the payload. Thank you for all donations.
in a residence, 40 lb / ft for trade shows, etc. and 30 pounds per square foot for the bedrooms is a typical charge life.
