Using UPS Mercury M600B Input220Vac Output220Vac Power 600VA.Dont get output PWR 4my bt frm port modm BOTTM?
only 3 output ports of this UPS used for computer. 1 port each is used for the CPU and monitor. Below the third port is marked as' Printer Protection cons Surge 3A. In this port I connected the adapter to the modem for internet. No problem when AC power is used, but when there is AC power outage, the modem is turned off and unplugged net. If I connect modem from any of the other two ports of the UPS, the modem battery and works. But I have to connect the processor and monitoring from these ports. What may be the problem and solution?
